Shuttles will be provided from our three designated host hotels to take you to the venue and back again during the evening reception . The shuttles will arrive at the hotels at 2.45pm and will leave at 3.00pm and make one trip to Calamigos arriving at 3.30pm. During the evening the shuttle will make two trips back to the host hotels . One at 9.00pm and the last shuttle at the end of the wedding at 11.00pm. We will be asking on the invitation for you to let us know which hotel you will be taking the shuttle from. Ubers/ Lyfts are difficult to get in this area at the end of the night , so we highly recommend that you take the shuttle. Should you wish to drive, there is complimentary valet parking at The Pavilion. If you are not familiar with the area, we also recommend that you take the shuttle as the roads are winding and dark at night .Please check back here closer to the wedding date for final shuttle times incase they change.
